This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership abilities and a solid background in machinery maintenance and technical troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations, ensuring efficiency and safety. Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are met. Oversee a team of operators and technicians, providing guidance and support. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on production machinery. Perform regular maintenance to minimize downtime and extend machine life. Maintain records of maintenance, inventory, and production performance. Enforce company policies and health & safety standards. Collaborate with management to improve production processes and reduce costs. Requirements: Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong technical background with the ability to troubleshoot and fix machinery. Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills. Good communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary. A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
