Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager located in Mumbai. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring optimal production planning, maintaining quality control standards, and managing the overall production process. The position involves coordinating with various departments, ensuring the efficient use of resources, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Planning and Production Management
• Knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
• Skilled in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to manage a team effectively and work collaboratively with different departments
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the automotive, marine, agriculture, or industrial sectors is a plus
