Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Store Incharge at Colors of Rainbow, located in Shoolagiri, Hosur. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, and ensure inward outward of items. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining clean store appearance, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The Store Manager will also reconcile all inventory and spare parts of all sorts. To strengthen our production leadership, we are looking for a capable and driven Quartz Plant Manager . Role Overview: We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Plant Manager to head our quartz manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in quartz slab production, proven leadership abilities, and the drive to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency in every batch produced. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the quartz plant including mixing, pressing, curing, polishing, and finishing. Ensure production targets are met with strict adherence to quality standards. Lead, train, and manage plant staff, fostering accountability and discipline. Monitor and maintain machinery/equipment to minimize downtime. Work closely with the quality control team to uphold international-grade standards. Manage raw material inventory and coordinate with procurement teams. Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce wastage, and optimize costs. Enforce health, safety, and compliance protocols at all times. Report regularly to management on plant performance, output, and challenges.
