Factory Head

Role Overview: As a Plant Manager/Factory Head, you will be responsible for ideating and implementing strategic visions to enhance production, quality, and labor utilization within the factory. Your role involves managing the factory to ensure high-quality business activities with maximum efficiency, production, service, and profitability. Collaboration with architects, engineers, and other specialists to hire subcontractors and laborers is essential, along with coordinating their schedules. It is crucial to communicate to the team that the factory's profits and achievements impact all operations, including relationships and risk management. Additionally, you will need to maintain and enhance mechanisms for factory production, surveying operations, processes, outcomes, and profitability, disseminating feedback to relevant internal entities. Developing plans for progress, production improvement, and general growth are key responsibilities, as well as negotiating and maintaining good relationships with vendors for adherence to timelines and quality standards.
