Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Factory Foreman to oversee our daily production operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in a manufacturing environment, ensuring production targets are met efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will be responsible for supervising the production floor, managing staff, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Enforce and monitor all company safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Inspect machinery and equipment regularly to ensure operational efficiency and prevent downtime.
• Train, mentor, and motivate new and existing staff to improve productivity and foster a positive team environment.
• Monitor production output and product quality, preparing regular reports for management.
• Identify and resolve production issues, coordinating with maintenance and other departments as needed.
• Manage material and equipment inventory to ensure continuous production flow.
• Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Experience in metalware or kitchenware manufacturing is a plus.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or certification is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes and safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20kg.
