Factory Foreman

As a Factory Foreman, your role involves scheduling, coordinating, and supervising the work of all site operatives to ensure safe and timely delivery within budget. You will be responsible for managing equipment, materials, and documentation while adhering to Company and legal regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and promote safe working practices on site, in compliance with legislation and quality standards - Conduct and record site inspections, ensuring works are carried out as per approved method statements - Amend risk assessments, deliver toolbox talks/briefings, and ensure job relevant training for site personnel - Lead by example, schedule daily activities of gangs/site operatives, and monitor work productions - Coordinate subcontractors, manage equipment and materials, and ensure completion of all required documentation Key measures & targets: - Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and snag free Key relationships: - Operations Manager, Site Manager, Site Operatives, Management team, Internal and external customers, Subcontractors Location: Bawana Delhi Working Hours: 9:00 am - 6:30 pm, Monday to Saturday Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Please note that the job location is in person.
