Facility Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Facility Manager/ Asst. Facility Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of technical services management, housekeeping, and general administration. This role involves managing operations, maintenance, and vendor relationships, while ensuring efficient resource utilization and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Services Management:
• Oversee and manage technical services operations, including maintenance of systems and infrastructure.
• Secutity Management:
• Supervise Security activities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• General Administration:
• Handle administrative tasks and support functions to ensure smooth office operations.
• Operations & Maintenance:
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance activities for efficient facility management.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports and documentation related to operations, maintenance, and service activities.
• Resource Management:
• Manage resources effectively to optimize performance and reduce costs.
• Vendor Management:
• Liaise with vendors to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with agreements.
• Team Management:
• Lead and manage a team, including supervision, training, and performance evaluation.
• Attendance Management:
• Monitor and manage employee attendance and punctuality.
• Billing/Invoicing:
• Oversee billing and invoicing processes to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
• Client Relations:
• Maintain and enhance client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
