Facility Manager

Role of the Facility Manager is to take care of the building and utilities, manpower, planning, customer service etc. This includes ensuring a building is safe, efficient, and well-maintained by overseeing its physical and operational aspects, such as maintenance, cleaning, security, and compliance with health and safety standards. The role also includes conduct inspection of equipment, work areas, and work methods and ensures tasks are performed / executed at the proper time.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Operations:

Manage both physical building as well cleaning services to ensure the facility is functional, safe, and well-maintained. This includes overseeing and ensuring smooth operations, maintenance, repairs of technical equipment and electrical gadgets, STP, HVAC system etc.

Budgeting and Finance:

Create and manage budgets for maintenance, repairs, and contracts. Track spending, oversee projects within budget, and implement cost-saving initiatives

Health and Safety:

Ensure the building meets all health, safety, and security guidelines. Conduct regular inspections and respond promptly to any issues, such as power outages or equipment malfunctions

Vendor and Contract Management:

Hire and manage third-party contractors for repairs and services. Negotiate and renew maintenance contracts and insurance policies

Staff and Team Management:

Oversee and direct a team of staff members responsible for various facility task

Resource Management:

Ensure the efficient use and availability of resources.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
