Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage soft services such as housekeeping, laundry, pest control, and linen supply to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Oversee technical services including HVAC maintenance, electrical works, plumbing repairs, carpentry tasks, and IT support to maintain facility functionality. Coordinate with food & beverage team for smooth operations of canteen services. Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions. Develop and implement effective facilities management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Desired Candidate Profile 4-5 years of experience in Facility Management or related field (FMCG industry preferred). Bachelor's degree in relevant specialization (e.g., B.Pharma, B.Sc.). Proficiency in managing technical services including HVAC systems, electrical works etc.
