Machine Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct repairs on machines, including replacing parts and components as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist in the installation of new machines and equipment as required.

Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in machine maintenance or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with basic electrical systems and controls.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
