Zeroed In is Bangalore’s premier indoor air rifle shooting range and lounge — designed to bring Olympic-style precision shooting to enthusiasts and beginners alike. We maintain the highest standards of safety, discipline, and professionalism, while providing a modern, engaging environment for training and recreation. The Facility Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations and safety of the Zeroed In facility. This role involves managing the range’s maintenance, assisting customers with shooting sessions, ensuring equipment safety, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records and inventory. This is a hands-on role combining operations, safety management, training assistance, and customer service. Facility & Equipment Maintenance • Ensure the shooting range, lounge, and reception areas are always clean, organized, and presentable. • Perform daily inspections of lighting, target systems, safety gear, and range equipment. • Check all air rifles before and after each session to ensure no pellets remain inside. • Maintain logs for rifle servicing, pellet usage, and facility upkeep. Training & Customer Interaction • Guide students and first-time visitors on air rifle shooting basics — safety, stance, grip, and target alignment. • Supervise all shooting sessions to ensure adherence to safety protocols. • Uphold the professional and disciplined tone of Zeroed In while keeping the experience enjoyable. POS & Payment Handling • Use the provided POS system to handle session payments accurately. • Manage customer bookings, session timing, and ensure seamless customer flow. • Reconcile daily transactions and prepare simple closing reports. Inventory & Record Management • Track and restock pellets, target sheets, and cleaning materials. • Maintain accurate digital and physical records for inventory and usage. • Log customer data, training sessions, and attendance consistently. Safety & Compliance • Ensure strict adherence to all range safety procedures. • Secure air rifles and pellets when not in use. • Report any incidents, safety violations, or equipment issues immediately to the management.
