Job Title: Senior Admin Manager / Facility Manager Salary: Up to ₹70,000 per month Accommodation: Provided Gender Preference: Male candidates only About the Role: We are hiring a smart, dynamic, and experienced Senior Admin or Facility Manager to oversee mall operations. The ideal candidate must have strong administrative and interpersonal skills, with prior experience in large corporate setups or MNCs. Experience in managing mall facilities will be a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including security, housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor management. Coordinate between various departments to ensure smooth functioning of the mall. Implement and monitor SOPs for operations, administration, and emergency handling. Liaise with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain high service standards. Supervise staff, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations. Prepare periodic reports for management on facility status and operational efficiency. Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA preferred. 8–12 years of experience in administration/facility management, preferably in malls or commercial real estate. Strong interpersonal, communication, and diplomatic skills. Experience in corporate or MNC environments is a must. Leadership qualities with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
