Job Description

Designation : Facility Manager -Technical Services.

Company : ISS Facility Management services Pvt Ltd.

Client Site : ABB Southfield, Hoodi , Mahadevapura , Bangalore.

8+ years of Technical experience.

Diploma EEE + BE EEE.

Core responsibilities

Oversee building systems:
Manage, maintain, and repair the technical infrastructure, such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and IT systems.
Maintenance planning:
Develop and implement both preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Budget and contract management:
Create and manage facility budgets, control operating costs, and negotiate and oversee contracts with vendors and service providers.
Staff and vendor supervision:
Coordinate and supervise a team of maintenance and technical staff. Also, manage relationships with external contractors and service providers.
Safety and compliance:
Ensure the facility meets all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.
Project management:
Supervise renovation, refurbishment, and other building projects.
Strategic planning:
Contribute to long-term facility planning and strategy, including identifying future maintenance issues and recommending improvements.
