Facility Executive Soft Services

The position you are applying for involves managing multiple functions related to building operations and maintenance within a facility, campus, or portfolio of buildings. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, attending client meetings, and coordinating repair and maintenance work performed by technicians, vendors, and contractors. You will review work orders, conduct facilities inspections, and manage moves, adds, and change activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for obtaining price quotes for parts, services, and labor, managing capital projects, preparing budgets and variance reports, and overseeing vendor relationships. You will also handle invoice processing, ensure accuracy of cost center coding, and provide training on work order and billing procedures. In this role, you will supervise individual employees, participate in staff recruitment, selection, and promotion processes, and monitor staffing levels and labor utilization. Performance appraisals, mentoring, and coaching of team members to enhance their competencies will be part of your responsibilities. You will lead by example and uphold behaviors that align with the company's values.
