Job Description

Role Overview: As the Facilities Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to prioritize the facilities needs of the property. Working closely with the facilities manager and assistant facilities manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring that administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are efficiently managed. Your focus will be on continuous improvement in processes to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the property's day-to-day operations - Ensure all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered - Manage and monitor the property's supplies and ensure adequate stocks - Handle supply and service contracts approved by clients - Participate in emergency evacuation procedures and crisis management - Review health and safety issues and actively participate in addressing them - Monitor the property's budget and manage petty cash - Ensure vendor invoice processes comply with standards - Address difficult issues and seek opportunities for operational improvement - Work closely with the team to achieve key performance metrics and service level agreements - Conduct routine service audits to maintain overall performance - Create stock reports, meeting minutes, and monthly management reports for clients Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of property operations - Degree in business or hotel and building management - 3-5 years of experience in facilities management - Good working knowledge in occupational safety - Aptitude in client-centric operations - Solid background in team management - Proven track record in managing a team - Effective in rolling out improvement plans - Superior communications and reporting skills [Additional details of the company, if provided in the job description, would be included here.],
