Job Description

Job Title: Facility Administrator / Facility Manager

Location:

Role Overview:

Facility Administrator/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Building Management System (BMS):
Monitor and control HVAC, lighting, fire safety, and other critical systems.
Facility Operations:
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the facility, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with service providers for maintenance, repairs, and compliance.
Safety & Compliance:
Maintain adherence to statutory requirements and company safety standards.
Energy Management:
Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability programs.
Reporting:
Prepare and maintain facility reports, logs, and documentation.
Emergency Handling:
Respond to and manage emergency situations effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
58 years of experience
in facility management with strong BMS knowledge.
Expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, fire safety, and building automation.
Strong vendor management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage onsite operations.
