Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in Jaipur. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of Taruchaya Residency’s state-of-the-art amenities and infrastructure, including the fitness center, landscaped gardens, and park areas. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating maintenance activities, managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, budgeting, and liaising with contractors and service providers. Additionally, the Facilities Manager will ensure a safe and clean environment for residents and address their needs promptly and efficiently.
