Job Description

As a Facilities Manager - Site Lead at JLL, you will be responsible for overseeing 24x7 facility operations at a primary BPO location. Your role involves leading a dedicated team to ensure seamless operations that support business continuity and employee productivity. Here's what you will be doing: **Core Responsibilities:** - **24x7 Site Operations Management** - Ensure uninterrupted facility operations for round-the-clock BPO activities - Manage shift-based facility teams and align services with business needs - Implement backup systems and contingency plans for critical functions - Maintain optimal working conditions for night shift and weekend operations - **Team Leadership & Coordination** - Lead and manage facility staff across multiple shifts - Establish communication channels and escalation matrices for 24x7 operations - Implement shift handover protocols for seamless service continuity - Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews - **Business Continuity & Critical Operations** - Ensure 100% uptime of critical systems like HVAC, power backup, and IT infrastructure - Manage generator operations, UPS systems, and disaster recovery plans - Coordinate with utility providers for scheduled maintenance - Handle emergency situations with rapid response - **Client Relationship Management & Stakeholder Engagement** - Act as the primary point of contact for soft services at the site - Build relationships with BPO leadership and HR teams - Manage client expectations and address concerns proactively - Coordinate client walkthroughs and facility tours - **24x7 Soft Services Operations** - Ensure seamless housekeeping, catering, reception, and guest handling services - Manage mail and courier services, washroom, pantry maintenance, and aesthetics - Supervise landscaping to maintain a premium workplace ambiance - **Vendor & Service Partner Management** - Manage relationships with vendors for cleaning, security, catering, transport, and maintenance - Monitor vendor performance and negotiate contracts with SLAs - Implement facility management software for operations **Qualifications Required:** - **Experienced Operations Professional** - 5-7 years in facilities management with 2+ years in BPO environments - 2+ years of team management experience in shift-based operations - Strong background in 24x7 operations and team leadership - **Technical & Analytical Skills** - Proficiency in MS Office suite, Excel, and facility management software - Strong analytical skills and knowledge of energy management practices - **Dynamic Leader & Problem Solver** - Crisis management expertise and excellent communication skills - Strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution - **Professional Requirements** - Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Facilities Management, or related field - Professional certifications preferred - Bilingual capabilities and technology proficiency If you are a dynamic leader with a results-oriented mindset and meet the qualifications mentioned above, you could be the ideal candidate for this position at JLL in Pune, MH.,
