Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in Faridabad at ACEM. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, security, and cleanliness of the college campus. He will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the college's facilities, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for students, faculty, and staff. They will also manage vendor relationships, budgeting for facility needs, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.


Qualifications

  • Facilities Management, Maintenance, and Security skills.
  • Budgeting and Vendor Management skills.
  • Knowledge of Safety Regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and problem-solving skills.
  • Any Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience in facilities management/admin in education institutes is a plus.
