Director cum Principal

You will be taking on the role of a full-time on-site Director cum Principal at Aravali College of Engineering & Management, located in Faridabad, Haryana, India. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee both the academic and administrative operations of the institution. Your leadership skills will play a crucial role in creating a positive and conducive learning environment for students, faculty, and staff members, ultimately contributing to the overall success and growth of the college. To excel in this position, you must possess strong leadership, management, and communication skills. Previous experience in higher education administration is essential, along with proficiency in budgeting, financial management, curriculum development, and assessment. Your ability to make sound decisions and solve problems efficiently will be key to your success in this role. Ideally, you should hold a Ph.D. in Engineering or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 10 years of experience in academia. A track record of publications and research contributions will be advantageous. Prior experience in a leadership capacity within an educational institution is highly desirable. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will be expected to handle functions related to AICTE, UGC, NAAC, and other higher education regulatory bodies.
