Job Description

As a Facilities Operations Coordinator, your role involves prioritizing facilities needs and overseeing the property's day-to-day operations in collaboration with the facilities manager and assistant facilities manager. You will ensure administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are efficiently managed, striving for continuous improvement. Monitoring property supplies, managing supply contracts, and ensuring adequate stocks are also part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Mitigate risks through emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and business continuity plans - Maintain health and safety standards, participate in reviews, and monitor the property's budget to support operations and compliance with vendor invoice processes - Exceed client satisfaction expectations by addressing challenging issues, identifying opportunities for operational enhancements, and achieving performance metrics and service level agreements with the team - Conduct routine service audits, generate reports, and ensure overall performance Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of property operations - Degree in business or hotel and building management - Three to five years of experience in facilities management - Proficiency in occupational safety and client-centric operations - Strong team management skills, leadership experience, and ability to implement improvement plans effectively - Excellent communication and reporting abilities If you excel in these areas, we welcome you to join our team.,
