Facilities Coordinator

Location: Uppal | Gachibowli | Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operations and maintenance of Mivan high-rise residential buildings.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and other building services.
• Conduct routine inspections and report defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility-related services and AMC activities.
• Address and resolve resident facility-related complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain records of maintenance, equipment checklists, and statutory compliances.
• Support handover processes and assist in snag rectification with project/quality teams.
• Ensure safety standards and fire safety protocols are followed at site.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of Mivan shuttering and high-rise residential building systems.
• Understanding of MEP services and facility management practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
