About the Company
Bharat Gram Udyog Sangh is a growing Ayurvedic & Wellness brand offering trusted Ayurvedic juices and herbal products across India through Shopify website, marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal, 1mg, etc.), and performance marketing channels. We are now looking for a highly skilled Google Ads & Meta Ads Expert to lead our paid advertising strategy and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram):
Plan, create, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for sales, lead generation & remarketing.
Audience segmentation, interest-based targeting, lookalike audiences & retargeting strategies.
Optimize creatives, ad copies, and placements for maximum ROI.
Monitor CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and continuously optimize campaigns.
A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping):
Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
Create and optimize Google Shopping campaigns for Ayurvedic products.
Keyword research, negative keywords, and ad copywriting.
Optimize Quality Score, Ad Rank, and Conversion Rate.
Competitor research and strategy building.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and Ads Manager.
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with insights & action plans.
Monitor customer journey from click to conversion for better funnel optimization.
Growth Strategy:
Plan ad budgets effectively to achieve 10x ROAS.
Work closely with design & content team for ad creatives.
Suggest website improvements (landing page optimization) for higher conversions.
Key Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads & Meta Ads with proven ROI.
Strong knowledge of performance marketing, conversion tracking, audience building, and remarketing funnels.
Experience with Shopify websites, eCommerce & Ayurvedic/Health industry will be a big plus.
Expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, Lookalike audiences, and Retargeting Ads.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Excellent communication & strategy-building skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
