🚨 We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager 📍 Location: Jaipur (Preferred) 📅 Immediate Joining Required Unsocials is on the lookout for a Performance Marketing pro who lives and breathes ROAS, ad creatives, and analytics. If you’re someone who thrives in scaling e-commerce brands, knows the Meta and Google ecosystem inside-out, and can take campaigns from good to unstoppable — we want to meet you. 💼 What You’ll Do: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Manage end-to-end performance marketing for multiple e-commerce clients. Analyze campaign data and build strategies that deliver profitable growth. Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-performing creatives. Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and suggest actionable insights. Constantly test new audience segments, ad formats, and copy strategies. 🎯 What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in performance marketing (e-commerce background preferred). Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping). Data-driven mindset with a good grasp of analytics tools (GA4, Meta Analytics, etc.). Hands-on with A/B testing, pixel setup, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies. Ability to scale ad spends without compromising on ROI. Must be proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team. ✅ Bonus Points If You Have: Experience in working with D2C/e-commerce brands. A portfolio showing scaled campaigns and performance metrics.
