Freelance Project Manager for Facade Works

📍 Location: Pune (On-Site)

🕒 Work Hours: Night Shift | 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

📅 Engagement Duration: 6 Months

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in facade execution to join our team on a freelance basis for a high-visibility project in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage night-time site operations for ongoing facade installation work.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and in-house design teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Track daily progress, material movement, and workforce deployment on-site.

• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulatory and project-specific guidelines.

• Conduct nightly progress meetings and prepare daily site reports for management.

• Resolve on-site challenges quickly and efficiently to avoid project delays.

• Supervise quality control and ensure execution as per approved drawings and mockups.

Requirements:

• Must be based in Pune and available for on-site night shift work.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in managing facade-related projects.

• Proven track record of independently handling site teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and installation practices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight timelines.

• Strong communication skills and reporting discipline.
