Exciting Opportunity with Unison International's Client Urgently Hiring for a well known Clothing brand!!! We're Hiring: Deputy General Manager / Manager Fabric Sourcing & Development Location: Bangalore | Experience: 10+ years | Industry: Apparel / Garments (Woven Fabrics) Are you a seasoned professional in fabric sourcing and development with a passion for premium and bridge-to-luxury garments? We're looking for someone who can drive procurement excellence, build strong supplier relationships, and ensure quality fabric sourcing from global markets. What youll do: Source and develop woven fabrics from domestic & international suppliers Negotiate prices and delivery schedules Ensure quality standards & manage fabric testing Collaborate with design, merchandising, and production teams Maintain ERP records and inventory planning Troubleshoot sourcing issues and ensure timely deliveries What were looking for: Bachelor's/Diploma in Textile Engineering or related field Strong supplier network and market knowledge Excellent negotiation, communication & problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office & ERP systems Willingness to travel for supplier visits and fabric fairs If you're detail-oriented, solution-driven, and ready to grow with a dynamic team, we'd love to connect with you.
