FAAS - Senior

As a Senior in the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team at EY, you will play a crucial role in supporting client engagements related to Finance Transformation solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting FAAS teams in executing Finance Transformation solutions such as end-to-end process study, process design, and defining finance target operating models. - Executing technology-led enterprise transformation projects for clients, utilizing knowledge of SAP and other leading ERPs, reporting tools, and data structures. - Designing intuitive and interactive reports/dashboards using Power BI for data-driven decisions. - Participating in the development of proposals, contributing to the creation of new services, and supporting the maintenance of client relationships. - Collaborating with the team to develop offerings, assets, and go-to-market strategies. Qualifications, skills, and experience required for this role include: - Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA (US), or ACCA (UK) with 0-5 years of relevant experience. - MBA degree would be a plus. - Experience in Finance transformation, process optimization projects, and system implementation across various finance functions. - Exposure to finance operating model design, service management, performance management, and system implementation (e.g. SAP, Oracle). - Certification in project management or agile management. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Willingness to work in a global environment and travel regularly for client engagements.
