Key Responsibilities: - Manage the quality of service delivery by overseeing daily progress of fieldwork, updating Supervisors on engagement status, and fulfilling client requests promptly - Collaborate with onshore engagement teams to deliver work efficiently to clients - Demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting concepts and professional standards to address complex client situations - Identify and address engagement and client service issues, research and compare client data with industry data - Coordinate with onshore technical accounting teams to support accounting issues related to U.S. GAAP and IFRS - Project manage transactions, ensuring smooth information flow and coordination among deal team members - Customize presentations based on specific acquisition attributes - Participate in various corporate finance transactions from client pitches to transaction closure - Receive guidance from Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners Qualification Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA (US), or ACCA (UK) certification - 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in Assurance, including at least 1 year of Financial Accounting and Advisory experience Additional Company Details: EY is dedicated to creating a better working world by delivering long-term value for clients, people, and society while building trust in the capital markets.
