Your unique voice and perspective are valued to contribute towards making EY even better and create a better working world for all. - Manage the quality of service delivery within the FAAS solutions framework - Execute FAAS solutions such as Financial Accounting and Reporting Excellence, Accounting Processes, Regulation, Governance, Financing, Remediation, and Readiness - Demonstrate good knowledge of Investment and Derivative products, Front office and back-office trade of derivative products, and sector-specific knowledge of Insurance, Banking, and Assets/Wealth Management - Participate in proposal development, support new service offerings, and ensure quality in delivering client service - Apply independent and objective professional judgment in applying accounting standards, research and benchmark client data, and explain critical success factors to the engagement team - Support delivery of accounting and regulatory change projects, engage in practice development activities, and drive innovation within the team - Establish and manage effective working relationships with clients and contribute to business development activities - Contribute to the growth of the practice by providing input to EY Point of views, development of solutions, and enhancing technical skills within the team - Good understanding of IFRS/US/UK GAAP, International auditing standards, and Indian accounting and auditing standards - Confidence in dealing with uncertainty and ambiguity, expertise across engagement and practice teams, and ability to apply logic and problem-solving to complex Finance business problems - Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, technical writing skills, and comfort level in researching client inquiries and emerging issues - Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary - Working experience in Securities and derivatives accounting, drafting and designing accounting policies, technical accounting research and advice, consolidation and compilation support, financial statement close process support, and transaction accounting and reporting EY exists to build a better working world, creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while building trust in the capital markets.
