Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    Candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial and accounting activities. The ideal candidate will have 7-11 years of experience in finance and accounting within the Projects industry, demonstrating strong technical skills and a proactive approach to managing financial operations. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and grow within a dynamic and inclusive organization.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    - Manage all project finances and accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations - Prepare financial reports, budget forecasts, and variance analysis for project expenditures - Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes - Oversee cost control measures and identify opportunities to optimize project financial performance - Conduct regular financial audits and risk assessments to mitigate potential financial risks - Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities for project-related financial matters - Implement best practices for financial processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems

Technical Competencies


    Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems,Advanced knowledge of financial reporting and analysis,Experience in project accounting and cost control,Understanding of regulatory compliance and industry standards

Qualifications and Experience


    - Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field - CA Qualified
