Job Title: F & G Operator

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain Bobst Folder Gluer Machines, specifically runs the Expert fold Bobst (Advantage), to ensure smooth production
Perform regular machine maintenance to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
Handle tools and manage manpower working on the F&G machine effectively.
Set up and adjust machine settings as per job requirements.
Monitor and maintain product quality standards throughout the production run.
Identify, analyze, and reduce internal and external complaints related to F&G output.
Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols strictly.
Ensure timely job completion with minimal wastage and high efficiency.
Maintain daily production and maintenance reports.

Key Requirements:

Minimum
5
years of experience operating Bobst Folder Gluer Machines.
Strong knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Skilled in tool handling and manpower management.
Ability to identify and resolve quality issues related to folding and gluing.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
