The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of printing machinery, equipment, and plant infrastructure in the printing industry. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably within the printing and packaging sector, you will lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring the smooth operation of printing presses and related machinery. Your key responsibilities will include supervising maintenance operations for various printing machinery types such as offset, flexo, and digital printers. It will be essential to adhere strictly to preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules while troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems in printing equipment. Minimizing downtime, maintaining machine efficiency, and managing maintenance records will be crucial aspects of your role. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be expected to manage a team of maintenance technicians, assign daily tasks, and coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure seamless operations. Compliance with safety regulations and company standards, along with handling spare parts inventory and vendor coordination for technical support, will also fall under your purview. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or Senior Technician in the printing industry, with a deep understanding of printing machinery like Heidelberg, Komori, Bobst, Rotogravure, Flexo, among others. A diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification is required. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure while managing maintenance priorities will be essential for success in this full-time position. This role will be based in Ludhiana, and you will be expected to work in person to effectively carry out your responsibilities.,
