Overall responsibility of up keep of machinery and reduction in down times during production runs and to ensure that preventive maintenance schedule is adhered to. Implementation of technical integrity at plant and inspection of safety critical barriers as per schedule Issuing of work permits, conducting safety green lights , Preparation of Prevention plan/MOC/HIRA along with HSE Conducting Tool box talk/Training before starting the project work. Managing the stores inventory with proper document for material movements Carrying out the projects preparation, BOQ , vendor selection, coordination with HSEQ for contractors training, etc. Co-ordination with Maintenance Executive to ensure that the down time of the bottling machinery is minimized and the problems with regards to the equipment are addressed. Understanding of Total’s Golden Safety Rules, Implementation of the same and encouraging / motivating Staff / workers reporting to them for implementing the same Implementation of MAESTRO at plant.
