                                Your key responsibilities  
Lead end-to-end execution of post deal integration & separation engagements Demonstrate excellent skills in project execution including Day 1 readiness, cross functional workplans, interdependencies, Operating model, TSAs, synergy assessment, standalone costing, project management, legal entity readiness Lead multi-functional medium to large size M&A project teams (on-shore and within GDS) through agreed-upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, and risk analysis of a clients M&A project life cycle Conduct industry, sector and deal analysis to identify right portfolio mix and opportunity areas Demonstrate strong sector capabilities, including identifying key drivers and trends across sectors (Life Sciences, Industrials and Energy, TMT, Consumer Products and Health) Create work products documenting the engagement procedures performed against objectives Build relationships with EY offices across the globe, and demonstrate knowledge of regional practices Responsible for high degree of client satisfaction with engagement process and work products Lead business development activities (e.g. RFPs, points of view-based business development) and demonstrate ability to build and nurture client relationships Provide guidance on projects and mentor a team of TSE professionals Conduct timely performance reviews for employees and develop other professionals by providing effective performance feedback and training. Lead by example Drive adoption of technology on key engagements and promote cross-collaboration across teams Collaborating with on-shore team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the marketplace 
 Skills and attributes for success  
Good understanding of M&A life cycle, integration & separation of a business post-announcement of transaction, cross-border M&A Strong understanding of key sectors, including upcoming trends Possess financial analysis experience, with the ability to link detailed operational analysis to financial statements Skill to synthesize approaches to complex carve-out and integration conflicts Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation and interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong executive presence with good networking and negotiation skills Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Working knowledge of analytical tools such as PowerBI, Smartsheets, Power Query, Python, Macros would be preferred Analytical capabilities knowledge of how to synthesize large amounts of data, develop hypotheses, test those hypotheses and use them to facilitate conversations with client executives 
 To qualify for the role, you must have  
Post Graduate degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science or related field from a premier institute with 10-12 years of applicable industry and/or consulting experience Understanding of M&A life cycle, integration and separation of a business post-announcement of transaction, cross-border M&A Well versed with MS Excel and PowerPoint Willingness to undertake international travel as per business requirement
