The MIS and M&E Specialist will be responsible for designing and managing systems for data collection, monitoring, and evaluation of project activities. The role involves developing indicators, tracking performance, and ensuring quality and reliability of data for reporting and decision-making. The Specialist will prepare regular progress reports, support evaluations and surveys, and build capacities of field-level teams in MIS and M&E processes. By integrating robust data systems with implementation, the Specialist will enable evidence-based planning and timely course correction.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital / IT domain with at least 2 years of experience with Central / State government / PSUs
Experience in handling data for interpretation of information & using statistical and M&E tools and dashboard preferred.
Preferred work experience in the State.
Graduate degree in computer science /Information Technology/ Electronics and Communication / computer application or equivalent
