The Export Sales Professional will be responsible for driving international sales growth, managing export operations, and developing strategic relationships with global clients. The role requires proactive engagement in identifying new markets, formulating effective sales strategies, and ensuring seamless coordination across export processes.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve business growth and market expansion goals.Identify and evaluate new international markets and potential business opportunities.Manage client relationships, ensuring consistent communication and customer satisfaction.Conduct market research and analyze global trade trends to inform strategic decisions.Oversee export documentation, compliance, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.Collaborate with internal teams to align production, quality, and delivery with client requirements.Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses for management review.Qualifications and SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with international clients and stakeholders.Strong market research and analytical abilities to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.Proven experience in export management, with familiarity in international trade regulations and logistics.Demonstrated success in international sales and strategic business development.Expertise in customer relationship management and negotiation.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.Knowledge of brass fittings, precision components, or luxury fixtures will be considered an advantage.
