Export Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete export process, including documentation, logistics, and shipping compliance.
• Coordinate with international clients regarding orders, quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in overseas markets.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing international clients.
• Negotiate terms, finalize deals, and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) for timely order execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in export operations and international sales.
• In-depth knowledge of export documentation, procedures, and international trade regulations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with international clients.
