Export Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop export sales across international markets.
• Handle client communication with professionalism, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain sales reports using Excel.
• Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and production teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with overseas clients.
• Negotiate contracts and manage order fulfillment in line with compliance and export regulations.
• Address client queries and resolve issues promptly.

Key Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/International Trade or related field.

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

• Advanced Excel proficiency

  (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting).
• Minimum

  2–4 years of experience in an export house

  or international sales environment.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage deadlines effectively.
• Street-smart, adaptable, and capable of handling diverse situations with a proactive approach.
