Export sales (Chemical)

As an Export Sales Manager at a Chemical Company in Vadodara - Manjusar, you will have the following responsibilities: * Develop and manage international B2B clients for chemicals, dyes, and intermediates. * Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities in target markets (Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia, USA, Latin America). * Handle end-to-end export sales cycle including lead generation, client communication, negotiation, order closing, and after-sales support. * Prepare and manage export documentation such as LC, Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, COO, DGFT. * Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order execution & timely shipment. * Achieve monthly/annual export sales targets and maintain strong relationships with key clients. * Attend international trade fairs & exhibitions to promote company products and expand market reach. * Stay updated with global market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. * Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and quality standards. Qualifications required for this role: * Minimum of 4 years of experience in export sales within the chemical industry. * Proven track record of managing international B2B clients and achieving sales targets. * Strong understanding of export documentation and procedures. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
