Job Description

As an Export Sales - B2B Managerial Position at a Chemical Company based in Vadodara - Manjusar, your main role will be to develop and manage international B2B clients for chemicals, dyes, and intermediates. This involves identifying, evaluating, and cultivating new business opportunities in various target markets such as Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia, USA, and Latin America. Your responsibilities will include handling the entire export sales cycle from lead generation to after-sales support. This entails effective client communication, negotiation, order closing, and managing export documentation like LC, Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, COO, and DGFT. Moreover, you will collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order execution and timely shipment. Your goal will be to achieve monthly and annual export sales targets while nurturing strong relationships with key clients. Additionally, you will participate in international trade fairs & exhibitions to showcase company products and expand market presence. It is crucial to stay informed about global market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies while ensuring compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and quality standards. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in export sales within the chemical industry. - Proven track record of successfully managing international B2B clients and achieving sales targets. - Strong understanding of export documentation requirements and procedures. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing market dynamics. - Familiarity with international trade laws, regulations, and quality standards. - Willingness to travel for international trade fairs & exhibitions.
