Export Manager

As an Export Documentation Specialist, your main responsibility will be handling export documentation such as LCs, BLs, invoices, and packing lists. It is crucial to ensure compliance with DGFT, FSSAI, and customs regulations to facilitate smooth export processes. You will be required to communicate effectively with global buyers via email and calls, managing client relationships efficiently. In this role, you will also be responsible for coordinating with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods. Tracking shipments, managing delivery timelines, and resolving any post-shipment issues will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, maintaining export records and generating MIS reports for management review will be essential. Collaboration with production and inventory teams is necessary to align dispatch schedules and optimize export operations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers commuter assistance.
