Job Title: Export Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Export Manager with expertise in the food and beverage industry to manage and expand our international sales operations. The Export Manager will be responsible for identifying new markets, developing relationships with international distributors and clients, ensuring compliance with global food regulations, and achieving export sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Development:

• Identify and analyze potential international markets for food products.
• Develop market entry strategies and expand distribution channels globally.
• Conduct competitor and market research to assess trends and opportunities.

Sales & Business Development:

• Manage and grow relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and key accounts.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all products meet international food safety standards.
• Coordinate with logistics and regulatory departments to ensure export documentation.
• Stay updated with country-specific import/export regulations and tariffs.

Logistics & Documentation:

• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Oversee the preparation and verification of export documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of export or international sales experience, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of expanding into new markets and achieving export growth.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in English

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
