Export Manager

Summary:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage export order lifecycle: quotation, order confirmation, production coordination, documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, BL). 
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs clearing, and logistics for timely shipments. 
• Maintain relationships with overseas buyers and follow up on payment/credit. 
• Ensure export compliance with DGFT/GST and maintain export documentation files. 
• Prepare export forecasts and communicate demand to production/suppliers. 
• Supervise Sales Executive on export-related tasks and sample dispatches. 

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate; diploma in international trade/logistics preferred. 
• 3–6 years experience in export operations, ideally in tiles/ceramics or freight-forwarding coordination. 

KPIs

• On-time shipments, export documentation accuracy, number of export orders processed, reduction in shipment delays.
