Summary: Manager-level role responsible for end-to-end export operations: order processing, documentation, shipping coordination, and managing key international accounts. Key Responsibilities Manage export order lifecycle: quotation, order confirmation, production coordination, documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, BL). Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs clearing, and logistics for timely shipments. Maintain relationships with overseas buyers and follow up on payment/credit. Ensure export compliance with DGFT/GST and maintain export documentation files. Prepare export forecasts and communicate demand to production/suppliers. Supervise Sales Executive on export-related tasks and sample dispatches. Qualifications & Experience Graduate; diploma in international trade/logistics preferred. 3–6 years experience in export operations, ideally in tiles/ceramics or freight-forwarding coordination. KPIs On-time shipments, export documentation accuracy, number of export orders processed, reduction in shipment delays.
