Export Logistics - Manufacturing - MNC - Kochi

One of our MNC client is looking for an experienced Export Documentation Executive with strong exposure to end-to-end export documentation and compliance in a manufacturing environment. The candidate should be well-versed in export regulations, Incoterms, shipping documentation, and coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, banks, and internal teams.

Title: Export Documentation Executives

Location: Kakkanad, Kerala

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare export documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB, COO, Insurance, Inspection Certificates
• Handle end-to-end export documentation and compliance (DGFT, Customs, FEMA, GST)
• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters
• Manage LC documentation, bank negotiations, and export realization
• Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery
• Coordinate with production, QA, warehouse, and finance teams
• Maintain export records and MIS reports

Key Skills:

• Export documentation & procedures
• Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.)
• LC handling & bank coordination
• CHA & freight forwarder coordination
• MS Excel / ERP / SAP

Qualification:

• Graduate in Commerce / International Business / Logistics
• Export–Import Management certification preferred

Desired Profile:

• 5+ years experience in manufacturing export environment
• Experience in spices / food ingredients / oleoresins preferred
