Our reputed client requires candidates for the post of ITI - Operator. Title : ITI - Operator Location : Pazhamthottam, Ernakulam Role : Set up and operate surface grinding machines to smooth and finish surfaces of metal and other materials. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders to understand the grinding operations required. Choose the correct grinding wheels for specific jobs, considering factors like material type and desired surface finish. Perform precision measurements using tools like micrometers, calipers, and surface gauges to ensure parts meet specifications. Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of grinding machines to ensure they operate efficiently. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Document production details, machine settings, and maintenance activities. Qualification : ITI (Mech) with min 6 months to 2 yrs exp., exp. in a manufacturing company, operator, technician.
