Job Description

UltramarX International is looking for an

Export Lead Generation & Business Development Executive

to drive international growth for our product portfolio, including

rice, coffee, confectionery, and other FMCG products

.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify genuine importers, distributors, and wholesalers in target countries • Generate qualified export leads through various sources • Pitch products professionally to overseas buyers and distributors • Negotiate prices, terms, and close export deals with support from management • Maintain buyer database and manage follow-ups to convert leads into orders • Analyze buyer demand and market trends to support business decisions

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in export sales, lead generation, or international business development • Knowledge of international buyer outreach strategies and lead generation tools and techniques. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
