Export Import Manager

As an Export & Import Operations Manager for CRGO products, your role involves managing and overseeing the entire process of export and import, including raw materials, finished goods, and components. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely delivery and compliance with international shipping regulations, managing customs compliance, coordinating logistics, overseeing documentation management, optimizing the supply chain, managing relationships with international partners, and working with inventory and warehouse teams. - Ensuring timely delivery and compliance with international shipping regulations. - Managing customs compliance to ensure adherence to international trade laws, customs documentation, tariffs, taxes, and import/export permits. - Coordinating logistics with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs brokers. - Overseeing export and import documentation such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and packing lists. - Optimizing the supply chain by collaborating with procurement, production, and sales teams. - Managing relationships with international suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners. - Working with inventory and warehouse teams to track and manage goods in transit. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus. - Experience: Minimum of 7 years in export-import management, logistics, or supply chain within manufacturing or steel industry. - Knowledge of international trade laws, customs compliance, tariffs, and export/import documentation. - Strong understanding of logistics, freight forwarding, transportation management, and negotiation skills. - Problem-solving skills, communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex processes.
