Export Executive

As an Export Manager, your role involves managing the complete export cycle, including order processing, documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking. You will be responsible for coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to optimize transit times and costs. Your duties will also include preparing and reviewing export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin. It is crucial to ensure compliance with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and country-specific import/export requirements. Additionally, you will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, resolving inquiries, and negotiating delivery terms.
