Job Description

1. Market Research and Strategy:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential international markets for Special Purpose Machines.
  • Develop market entry strategies, including pricing, distribution, and marketing plans.

2. Sales Development:

  • Generate new business opportunities by prospecting and identifying potential customers, distributors, and partners in target markets.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Establish and manage relationships with key customers and partners in international markets.
  • Customer visit, agency evaluation.

3. Product Knowledge:

  • Develop an basic knowledge & understanding of Special Purpose Machines, their applications, and competitive advantages.

4. Negotiation and Contracting:

  • Prepare the commercial offer, follow up for submitted offers and finalize the order.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, contracts, and partnerships to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in international sales.
  • Payment follow-ups

5. Marketing and Promotion:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns and materials tailored to international markets.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

6. Reporting and Forecasting:

  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Finalizing agency contract agreement.

  • Interdepartmental coordination for smooth functioning

8. CRM:

  • Handling customer complaints, resolution and sharing feedback to customers
  • Coordinating with marketing team, AMC team, design team, service team and close the complaints
  • Feedback from customers, share internally for review, again sharing updates to customers
  • Customer visits planning & coordinating, report preparations.

9. Additional responsibility:

  • Searching agents and agency agreement in territories
  • Branding activities

- Branding events such as exhibitions and photo & video shoots.

- Magazine adds

- Finalizing all export exhibition activities in discussion with management.

- Manage annual export exhibition registrations and oversee all activities from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to the checklist.

- Coordinate with internal team for pending payments of vendor.

- Oversee poster, stall, catalogue, and leaflet design, along with the finalization of corporate gifts and diaries.

  • Other activities:

- Coordination with vendors for travel tickets booking for international travelling & Visa
